There is no doubt that heritage is a specific good that nourishes the arteries of awareness in societies, and culture is also one of the sources of shaping the conscience of individuals. Also, the historical roots of the thing carry with it the fragrance of the past and its originality, as its wisdom gives many colors that reformulate the present, as well as draw maps to anticipate the future.
The current constitution says emphasizing that, in Chapter Two, entitled The Basic Constituents of Society, especially Chapter Three: Cultural Constituents, as follows:
Article (47):
The state is committed to preserving the Egyptian cultural identity with its diverse civilizational tributaries.
Article (48):
Culture is a right for every citizen, guaranteed by the state and obligated to support it and to make cultural materials of all kinds available to different groups of people, without discrimination based on financial ability, geographic location, or otherwise. It pays special attention to the regions
remote and needy groups.
The state encourages the movement of translation from and into Arabic.
_ Heritage is the best model to draw inspiration from, as Article 50 says:
Egypt's civilized and cultural heritage, material and moral, with all its diversity and major stages, ancient Egyptian, Coptic, and Islamic, is a national and human wealth that the state is committed to preserving and maintaining, as well as the contemporary architectural, literary and artistic cultural balance in its various diversities, and attacking any of that is a crime punishable by law. The state pays special attention to preserving the components of cultural pluralism in Egypt.
